Stéfanne est une réalisatrice et photographe belge (1988). À travers sa caméra qu’elle considère comme un outil citoyen, elle aborde des thématiques telles que les droits humains, le genre, l’eau, l’éducation, l’alimentation, la santé et le changement climatique, qu’elle approche avec le plus grand humanisme.
“La Vie d’Une Petite Culotte et de celles qui la fabriquent” (2018-19), son premier long métrage documentaire, questionne la valeur que l’on donne aux femmes travaillant dans l’industrie du textile. Il a remporté le Prix du public au festival Cineffable 2019 de Paris, le meilleur documentaire au European Cinematography Awards, le meilleur documentaire au Festival du Film International de Bristol.
VOLCAN (2023), son deuxième documentaire, tourné au Chili interroge le désir d’enfant dans un monde qui brûle. Il a remporté le prix du meilleur documentaire indépendant au History Film Festival en Croatie et tourne actuellement dans les salles.

Stéfanne is a Belgian freelance documentary filmmaker and photographer (b.1988). Through her camera, which she considers as a citizen tool, she tackles themes on human rights, gender, water, education, health and climate change, which she approaches with the greatest humanism.
The Story of a Panty and of those who make it (2018-19) is her first feature-length documentary film and questions the value given to women working in the textile industry. The documentary has won the Audience Award at the Cineffable 2019 festival in Paris, Best Documentary at the European Cinematography Awards 2018, Best Documentary at the Bristol International Film Festival 2019.
VOLCAN (2023), his second documentary, shot in Chile, explores the desire for giving birth in a burning world. It won the prize for best independent documentary at the History Film Festival in Croatia and is currently in theatres.
