A travers la vitre de la maison de repos, Yvette regarde le jardin qui s’agite. Elle n’a jamais vu autant de remue-ménage par la fenêtre de sa chambre. Elle n’ose pas sortir. Pourtant, durant une année, le jardin fleurit, une cabane se construit, des liens se créent au fil des saisons, une amitié avec des petits voisins grâce à la douce transformation de leur « kleine paradijs ».
Le jardin intergénérationnel est un espace partagé, en plein air, riche en nature, où différentes générations se rassemblent pour jouer, apprendre, manger, se reposer ou simplement s’amuser.
Through the window of the nursing home, Yvette looks out over the bustling garden. She has never seen so much commotion through her bedroom window. She doesn’t dare go out. Yet, during one year, the garden blooms, a hut is built, bonds are created over the seasons, new friendships with the neighbours thanks to the gentle transformation of their « kleine paradijs » – The Little Paradise.
The intergenerational garden is a shared space, in the open air, rich in nature, where different generations come together to play, learn, eat, rest, or simply have fun.
